Return Policy

At Maria & Alex Toronto, we strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering carefully selected fashion items. However, we understand that a return may occasionally be necessary. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed; however, wearing items beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return items are not accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@mariaalextoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located outside the country (China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs-related costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace), as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and has been inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet all return conditions.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • Maria & Alex Toronto is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
